We do not store your audio, transcripts, or generated answers on our servers beyond the active session.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: Name, email, and company information you provide during registration.
- Uploaded documents: Resumes, pitch decks, notes, and other files you upload for context. These are processed in-memory and discarded after the session ends.
- Usage data: Session duration, assistant configurations, and credit usage for billing purposes. We do not store the content of your conversations.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to deliver the Assisted Voice service:
- To generate real-time AI answers based on your uploaded context.
- To track your credit usage for billing and account management.
- To improve our service quality through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
4. End-to-End Encryption
All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your uploaded documents and conversation context are processed in real-time and never persisted to long-term storage after your session concludes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to process your queries. Your data is not used to train their models. We have enterprise agreements with all AI partners prohibiting data retention and model training on customer data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a complete data export or deletion by contacting us at support@assistedvoice.com. We process all requests within 30 days.
